What Was I Thinking?

Technically, my first foray into training happened this past Saturday. It went...clunkily.

(Is so a word)

I didn't have my very helpful Couch to 5K app yet, so I did my best to estimate how long I should jog and how long I should walk. After the first round of jog/walk, I stopped estimating and just jogged til I wanted to die.

(Hint: it wasn't very long)

This morning I'll be putting my very helpful app to work. It tells you when to jog, when to walk, when to throw your phone far into the woods until you can no longer hear "Constance", the ridiculously chipper automated trainer.
