Oh yeah!

I almost forgot!

The first jogging section, I managed to hit :57 before I had to stop.

(It's uphill)

The second jogging section fell in a fairly flat spot in the path, and I did the whole :90.

Constance can suck it.

Unfortunately, the rest of the path is pretty much an uphill piece of crap, and I only jogged about :30 out of the :90 Connie thinks I should be doing.

But during the Cool Down portion of the C25K app, I jogged for :90.

(You're supposed to be walking during the Cool Down, but I went further than the C25K app calls for, so when that app was in CD, I still had another 4-5 minutes before I reached my car. Therefore, jogging is justified!)
