So I might be a little excited to see how tomorrow goes. Since that will be the official start of my C25K week, it will be my first try for the 90/180 time ratio thinger.
(Although....still stoked for the 2.64k walk I pulled off Sunday while still sick)
I had thought about going today, but I've got way too much on my plate as it is, and I don't want another disastrous workout.
(Note that there is no bumpy cake on the plate)
I'm looking forward to getting to the point where I can go every other day instead of having two days off.
Also, those fried cheese risotto things at Olive Garden?
(Of which I swear on a stack of fried Bibles I only ate two)
